It has been restored, but needed some help to get going this day. It tells the date, the astrological time, the time (and it never gets set to Sommer time), the liturgical calendar, and twice a day the knights clash their swords x 12, then the heralders raise thier horns and the doors open on either side of the Virgin and the babe. BTW-Mary and the Baby Jesus sit in the middle of the clock, between heaven and earth. So, the doors open and out march the tree kings and their servants and then they march back in. After the noon clock happening there is open table communion.
