Kavring

Short blog: You can find the recipe online.  We had it at dinner for 2 nights and found a loaf of it in the bakery.  Our servers told us it was made with watery yogurt-perhaps kiefer would do.  I'm sure there was a bit of fruit in it as well.  We are thinking it is perfect for mixing in the pulp from my juicer.  Don't be surprised if Marcia plays with a little Chinese 5 spice as well.

Excellent with pickled herring, if you ask me, but some people would rather eat road kill than pickled herring.

Bon Appetite!
