Will we ever get on the gondola????

It is departure day, and our bags are left outside our hotel room so somebody else has to deal with them. This is a little dicey for some of us. One couple's luggage was lost by the airlines, so they spent a couple of days without their clothes. Going shopping in this upscale neighborhood was a bit pricey-they managed to outfit themselves for around €300 each, and got cropped pants and basic shirts and shoes. However, Olivia has been wonderful so far, and we trust them more than the airlines.

We are well rested and all batteries recharged. There has been much camera fiddling on my part, and all the mysteries are not solved, but I am not shooting in blue today.

We are told that the gondola ride is a go for this morning. The sun is out and everything looks beautiful. Knock wood.

We are meeting RVing women. There is a big network, so we are finding out more. Last night we met women who live in an all women's community in Arizona.

There are also women who spend alot of time with Olivia. One woman is on her 17th cruise. Another has just been crusing for 2 years and has logged in about 7 cruises.

We are meeting lots of fine women and having a great time. The hot chocolate is pretty fine here too.
